This presentation delves into the enigmatic realm of the Dark Web, aiming to demystify this concealed segment of the Internet. By examining the complexities of the Dark Web, we will highlight its legitimate uses and its more notorious aspects.

The night's presenter will be Bill James. Bill is Vice President of the Computer Club of Oklahoma City (ccOKC). Bill first discovered his passion for personal computing in 1992 when he joined the Oklahoma PC User's Group --- now known as the Computer Club of Oklahoma City.

Since 1998, Bill has served on the club's Board of Directors, including two terms as President. He currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations, where he continues to champion innovation and community engagement. He is a long‑time APCUG Advisor for Region 8 and a member of the Speakers Bureau, giving numerous presentations to APCUG member groups.
